Introduction

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome [CFS] occurs most frequently in people aged 30-60 years, affects women more often than men, and sometimes occurs in children and adolescents.
Another fact is viral infections, muscle aches, fatigue, and chronic, sick headaches.

Symptoms

The main symptom is the patient feels considerably weak for a while …
Loss of activities
Sleeplessness
Listless
Mental activity loss
It may happen after a very exhausting disease.
Muscle pain
Headache
Week memory
Night sweat
Lymph node swelling, etc.

Diagnosis


For example: A patient comes and says, "I feel very weak and lethargic all day and cannot do any work fast since the times."
Ask the patient, is there any previous history of an equivalent?
Inquire about previous history for the other illness.
If there's a headache, ask the history of the headache.
If it's myalgia or a body ache, ask how long it has been and the history.
Need some routine blood tests and a clinical check-up.
Is there any previous history of severe infection?
Is there any history of mental affection, etc.?


PROBABLE HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINES


Kalium Phosphoricum 6X 2 times each day. Morning and Evening

Aurum metallicum 200 CH 2 times every week. Tuesday and Saturday or the other days by giving equal gaps
